Belinda A. Jenkins

Belinda Ann Dickerson Jenkins entered into eternal rest on December 10, 2025 at McLeod Hospice House. She was born on August 7, 1970 in Florence County to the late Daisy Burgess Dickerson.

Belinda attended the public schools of Florence County. She was employed with various jobs in Florence County until her health declined.

“Linda” as she affectionately known by enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved going to Bingo or just sitting around talking and laughing, Linda always spoke her mind rather you like it or not.

Belinda was a member of Divine Church of Deliverance of Florence, SC, under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Virginia Singleton.

Belinda was preceded in death by her mother, Daisy Burgess Dickerson; brother, Jimmy Dickerson and nephew, Rashawn Dickerson.

Those left to cherish her memories are her two brothers, Andrew (Veronica) Dickerson of Florence, SC and Jerry (Peggy) Dickerson of Griffin, GA; two sisters, Elease McGill of Lancaster, PA and Emma Ellis (caregiver) of Florence, SC; two aunts, Cora Hickson of Newark, NJ and Elease Burgess of Florence, SC; two special nephews that she took as her own Malik and Tony Dickerson both of Florence, SC; a special friend, Marvin Eaddy and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at 3505 Plantations Drive, Florence.
