Beryl D. Plowden

Ms. Beryl Denise Plowden was born on October 11, 1958 to the late Isaiah Plowden and the late Bessie Plowden. Beryl peacefully gained her heavenly wings and entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Beryl attended Florence County Public Schools and was a proud to graduate of Wilson High School as a member of the Class of 1976.

Beryl worshipped and fellowshipped at Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church in Florence, South Carolina where she was a member until her demise.

Beryl held employment as a dedicated childcare provider.

Beryl was preceded in death by her parents, the late Isaiah Plowden and the late Bessie Plowden.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories two sisters, Theresa Howard and Cheryl (James) Rodgers; two brothers, Michael (Essie) Plowden and Isaiah Plowden; three aunts, Mary Gardner, Evelina Reed, and Francis Haynesworth and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Family will recieve friends at 1014 E. Scarlett Ln., Florence.
