She was predeceased by her parents, Louis Nathaniel Smalls and Sarah Garland Smalls; two sisters, Cora Elizabeth Smalls and Lena Mae Smalls Law.

Dorothy was the aunt of our very own, Rev. Terry B. Law, Sr. of Florence, SC.  She is also survived by one brother Frank C. Smalls of Florence, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
