Finley R. Belin

February 10, 1951 — March 23, 2026

Finley Randolph Belin affectionately known as Randy was born on February 10, 1951, in Florence, South Carolina, passed away on March 23, 2026, peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and devotion to family.

Finley was a man who loved God deeply and lived his life grounded in faith. One of his greatest joys was spending time talking with his mother, offering her comfort and reassurance. With a calm and faithful heart, he often reminded her not to worry and to trust that God would take care of him. His words reflected the strength of his belief and his gentle, loving spirit.

He received his education at the New York Board of Education System and proudly graduated from Andrew Jackson High School. Upon graduation, Finley devoted many years of service working for the Board of Education in their Engineering Department where he was known for his dependability, integrity, and commitment to his work and community.

Finley was preceded in death by his father, Finley R. Belin, Sr. and brother, Robert Leroy Belin.

He is survived by his beloved son, Rashaun Belin (Maria); his mother, Annie J. Belin; his cherished sisters, Theresa Belin and Diedre Belin Matthews; one brother, Michael Belin; his niece, Glenda Moultrie along with extended family members and friends who will forever remember his kindness, faith, and reassuring presence.

Finley Randolph Belin will be remembered as a man of quiet strength, deep faith, and unwavering love for his family. His memory will live on through the lives he touched and the faith he so faithfully shared.
