Georgianna McCall

Ms. Georgianna McCall was born on April 6, 1936 in Florence, South Carolina to the late William, Sr. and Ruth McCall. She departed this life and was called to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. 

Georgianna attended the public schools of Florence, South Carolina. 

She was employed in the Domestic and Healthcare field at various locations. She was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Florence, South Carolina. 

Georgianna was a straight talker; she said what she meant and meant what she said. 

In addition to her parents, Georgianna was preceded in death by three sisters: Sadie M. Jordan, Elouise Fortune, and Gracie M. White; five brothers: Ulysses McCall, Armstrong McCall, James (Tracey) McCall, William McCall, Jr., and Rufus Allen McCall. 

Those left to cherish her precious memories include three daughters: Emma Jean McCall Henry, Yvette Deloris McCall Jackson both of Florence, South Carolina and Yvonne Denise McCall of Columbia, South Carolina; nine grandchildren: Hope (Spencer) Hanna, Brigitte Henry, Anwar Henry, Solo Abdul Henry all of Florence, South Carolina., Donte McCall of Sumter, South Carolina, Ieshia Dixon of Columbia, South Carolina, Sholonda McCall Jackson of Florence, South Carolina, Warren D. (Trina) McCall of Richmond, Virginia, and Zachquan “Sammie” McCall of Charlotte, North Carolina; one brother: Tim (Barbara) McCall of Richmond, Virginia; two sisters: Earline Taylor and Linda McCall both of Meriden, Connecticut; eighteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; a special friend and caregiver, Monique Brown; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and many others.
