Mr. Jerry Muldrow, Jr. was born on April 6, 1960 to Wilbur and Elizabeth Muldrow in Florence, Suth Carolina. It is expected he peacefully made his transition to eternal rest on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at his home.

Jerry was affectionally called “Dealman” by family and friends.

Jerry was educated in the public schools of Florence County and attended Wilson High School.

Jerry was employed with Hines Carpet, Bryant Carpet and The Carpet Man. He was well known as “The Carpetman”

“Dealman” was the life of the party and loved to party, he loved to have a good time. He enjoyed listening to his music, dancing, flashing money, talking trash, riding his precious gold bike, and looking at TV. He also enjoyed chilling and spending time with family and friends. He was a loving and caring person who would often keep you laughing by saying “Don’t let me hit my back pocket”.

Jerry would often call himself the “Mayor of Woodmount”.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur Muldrow, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Muldrow; his sisters, Mary Muldrow, Martha Muldrow, Goldbora Namio James, and Laura C. Washington; a brother, Elijah Washington, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Mazie Washington and Jerry Sharper; paternal grandparents, Chole Muldrow and Wilbur Muldrow, Sr.; brother in-laws, Archie Gandy and Gary Boyd; nephew, Elijah Daron Washington, Jr. .

Jerry leaves to cherish his precious memories one son, Brenton “Rod” Perry; two grandchildren, Jasime Perry and Brenton Perry, Jr.; one sister, Joan Boyd; one brother, Roy Muldrow, Jr.; nieces, Blenda Ford, Katrise (Marquis) Jeffery, Dashell (Ryan) Williams and Baretta (Johnny )McKnight; nephews, Marcus Muldrw, Tito (Naye) Muldrow, Jodis Washington, Tomac Washington, Andrew Calvin Washington; great nieces, Jhakeia Robinson, JaNaya, ZyNise, KyAsia, and Brianna; great nephews, Zedric, Gerard, Jr., ZyRheal, Shaquille, Miqueve, Jr., Devontae; two great-great nieces, Naomi and Dhream Williams; four aunts; two uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.

He also leaves a special uncle, Tommy Muldrow; special cousins, Arnold Washington; special friends who he cherished, Mrs Minnie John Joe, Tucker, Mrs. Claudette Grant, Shephard, Robert, Pawley Street Boys, Marie Perry and many; female friend, Marion Jeffery and he loved her children.

“Dealman” will truly be missed!

The family will receive friends at the home of his niece, 1032 E. Middleton Street, Florence.
