Mr. Randy Gene Harrison, the son of the late John Wesley and Mary Lee Cato Harrison was born August 13, 1959, in Florence, South Carolina. He transitioned this life on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
Randy acquired his formal education through Florence County Public School System. He loved to cook as well as eating many delicious foods. He loved his movies, especially old westerns, and Gunsmoke was his favorite.
Randy was always the life of the party, smiling, laughing and telling jokes.
Randy was a loving son, brother, grandson, father, husband, grandfather, great grandfather, nephew, uncle and friend.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, John Wesley and Mary Lee Cato Harrison; paternal grandparents, Randolph and Jessie Mae Harrison; maternal grandparents, Albert and Mabelle Nettles Cato; a grandchild, Traeshawn Cooper; and five uncles, Lester Harrison, Johnnie Harrison, Billy Joe Cato. James Cato and Armenis Cato.
Randy leaves to cherish precious memories his loving wife, Johnnie Mae Harrison; a daughter, La Neisha Brown; two sons, Edrick (Natesia) Seymour and Eugene Range; six grandchildren, Shaikelia Barr, LaVontae Brown, JaVontae Brown, Traeshawn Seymour, Elijah Seymour and Edricka Seymour; two great grandchildren, Kadence McFadden and Alana Cannon; three brothers, Clyde (Bridget) Harrison, Sr., Andrew Harrison and Michael (Tina) Harrison; mother-in- law, Mary Lee Brown; one aunt, Sara Cato; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
