Robert Benjamin

Mr. Robert Lee Benjamin, the son of the late Leroy Benjamin, Sr. and the late Learlean Benjamin was born on November 10, 1951, in Darlington, South Carolina. He entered his final resting place onThursday, August 26, 2021 at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

Robert was employed with Leroy’s Lodging, owned by his father, for many years. Later in life, he became disabled.

Robert “Daddy Mac” a was a hardworking, loving father, brother, and grandfather. Most of all he was loved by everyone. He really will be missed.

Robert “Daddy Mac” was preceded in death by his parents; his twin brothers; one-brother-in-law; a nephew; and close relatives; and friends.Those left to cherish his precious memories are: one daughter, Pamela Chance (Cookie); two sons, Daniel Davis (Homma) and Carlos (Taishina) Davis; four siblings, Earlene (Johnny) Hunter, Geraldine (John) Hunter, Arthur Lee Benjamin (Pee Wee), and Leroy Benjamin, Jr.; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; lifetime partner, Sandra Davis (Rabbit); and a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, other close relatives, and friends.

The Family are receiving friends at 507 Church Street, Society Hill, South Carolina.
