Robert E. Lewis

Robert Earl "Pee Wee" Lewis, son of the late Junior (JR) Lewis and Vivian Mention Lewis, was born on May 20, 1947, in Johnsonville, South Carolina. He entered eternal rest on Sunday morning, May 17, 2026, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Loris, SC.

He received his education in the public schools of Florence County and was member of St. Luke African Methodist Episcopal Church.

Pee Wee worked on the farm and was also employed at Wellman Industries.

Pee Wee loved the outdoors.

He was married to Mrs. Inell Lewis, and this union was blessed with one son, Abraham Lewis.

He was preceded him in death by his parents, Junior (JR) Lewis and Vivian Mention Lewis and wife, Inell Lewis.

Those left to cherish his memories a son, Abraham Lewis (daughter-in-law); two granddaughters; special cousins, Ethel Mae Parker, Julia Buie, Joey Davis, and Michelle Parker; and a host of other relatives and friends.
