Sarah McElveen

The Governor of South Carolina advises to limit public gatherings to 50 guests or less to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC carefully considered this recommendation and ask that additional guest please participate via live-streaming if it is authorized by the family.

Private Graveside Service for Sarah Lou McElveen, Monday, April 20, 2020 at 2 PM at the Aimwell Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Sarah was preceded in death by her sister Rosa L. McElveen, her parents Woodrow & Lou Amie McElveen, and her brother Wilson McElveen.

Left to cherish her memory is her brother Willie (Carol) McElveen, Luther F. McElveen, Pearlie Mae (Tommie) Ross, Esther L. Wade, Mary Ann (Lloyd) Williams, Deborah McElveen – Dawson, Cynthia (Raymond) Singleton, Woodrow (Mary) McElveen Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank everyone for the words of kindness and acts of comfort during their time of sorrow.
