Shannon Maria Dickey Lindsay was born on August 14, 1991 in Florence, SC to Kenneth M. Dickey and Tammy R. Dickey. She departed this earthly life on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Shannon attended the public schools on Florence County and was a proud graduate of Wilson High School Class of 2009. She furthered her education at Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC graduating with a degree in Accounting in 2013. She also earned her Masters in Accounting from Colorado Technical University in 2016.

Shannon was a member of The Genesis Church in Gastonia, NC under the leadership of Pastor Johnny D. Brown. She served as the church chief financial officer for a few years.

Shannon was the owner of Shic Klaz Boutique and Rosemount Solutions, LLC.

Shannon was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lizzie S. Dickey; two grandfathers, Theodore Dickey and Raymond Rose, Jr.; two uncles, Ray A. Rose and Tom D. Rose; father in-law, Pastor David L. Lindsay.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories husband, Darius Lindsay; five children, Qualan Lindsay, MyQuavis Lindsay, Lyrik K. Leak, Amir Mouzon and Langston Lindsay; parents, Kenneth M. Dickey and Tammy Rose Dickey; one sister, Tamara Dickey; grandmother, Lena M. Rose; her second mother, Zarita LaShawn Dickey; special aunts and uncles, Derrick Peterkin, Alex Peterkin, Sr., Ora Rose, Edna Mae Daniels, Margaree Cromwell, Dolphys Dickey, Larry Dickey and Claude Dickey; her work family in Charlotte, NC; Class of 2009 Wilson High School; Class of 2013 Claflin University; The Genesis Church Family of Gastonia, NC and a numerous of other relatives and friends.
